Since getting drafted out of Penn State in 2017, Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin has played somewhat in the shadow of Mike Evans. But with four 1,000-yard receiving seasons in his last five full campaigns, the duo is recognized as one of the most dangerous in the NFL.
Godwin suffered a brutal injury just seven games into the 2024-25 season, but Bucs fans will be glad to hear about his rehab process from general manager Jason Licht.
“He’s hitting all of his milestones. He’s hitting all of his marker. He’s where he’s supposed to be,” Licht told Bobby Kownack of NFL.com.
“Right now, we’re taking it week by week. But I would never bet against Chris.”
