The Lions have added a defensive back.
Detroit announced on Friday that the club has claimed Thomas Harper off waivers.
The Raiders waived Harper earlier this week.
Harper entered the league last year as an undrafted rookie out of Notre Dame. He appeared in 15 games for Las Vegas with five starts, recording 26 total tackles with an interception and a fumble recovery.
