The Saints’ stunning Week 9 loss to the Carolina Panthers put them in a spot few expected them to be in this season.
More misery could be ahead for the Saints in Week 10, as they host the NFC South-leading Atlanta Falcons.
There is some relief on the schedule after that. New Orleans plays the Cleveland Browns, New York Giants and Las Vegas Raiders. Wins in those games would keep the Saints far from the No. 1 overall pick.
