The Philadelphia Eagles have had to deal with A.J. Brown trade rumors for months now.

Dating back to last season, there has been way too much chatter revolving around the disgruntled wide receiver.

That’s why, now that they’ve drafted Makai Lemon and a trade might look more imminent, all eyes are on DeVonta Smith.

The Alabama product would be poised for a bump in his targets if the Eagles trade Brown. However, he’s only focused on what he can control.

DeVonta Smith won’t address A.J. Brown’s potential trade

“DeVonta Smith on being the unquestioned top WR if A.J. Brown is traded: ‘I got a job to do so I plan to go out there and do that,'” Zach Berman of The Athletic shared on X. “He offered no public thoughts on Brown’s status. ‘I just go out there and do my job,’ Smith said.”
