Tom Brady is a man of many talents.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion is a successful investor, has starred in countless ads and commercials and has fully transitioned to a career in broadcasting.
Nevertheless, it looks like the New England Patriots legend is far from done cashing checks and side quests.
Talking at Fanatics Fest earlier in the week, Brady now confirmed what seemed to be an open secret for months: He wants to fight in the WWE. However, he still hasn’t gotten an invite.
Tom Brady wants an invite to fight in the WWE
“I need to get an invite,” Brady said, per Shakiel Mahjouri of CBS Sports. “I’ve been waiting for [WWE president] Nick Khan to come up with some storyline for me to get in the mix. I feel like I’m retired from football, and I have an opportunity to go out there and still showcase that I’m a little bit of an athlete.”
Not coincidentally, Brady slapped Logan Paul just hours after making this statement, and it’s hard to believe it wasn’t all scripted.
