49ers wide receiver Mike Evans did not practice on Thursday after being a limited participant a day earlier. He played through an injury to his ribs, catching five passes for 76 yards, and is expected to play Sunday against the Seahawks.

Defensive end Nick Bosa (knee/calf), fullback Kyle Juszczyk (knee), safety Marques Sigle (ankle) and defensive tackle James Thompson (ankle) also did not practice.

Bosa has missed the past two games and is not expected to play this week.

“I don’t think he’s far from playing, so hopefully, it’ll be sooner than later,” 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan said in his weekly radio show on KNBR, via David Bonilla of 49erswebzone.com. “We would love to get him out there before our bye week, so hopefully, we can do that, but still too early to tell.”

Cornerback Upton Stout (shoulder) returned to practice in limited fashion after sitting out Wednesday’s session.

Defensive end Mykel Williams remained limited as he works his way back from the ACL tear that ended his 2025 season. He is expected to be activated from active/PUP before Sunday’s game.

“It’s been his second week back, so he had a good week last week—even better this week,” Shanahan said. “So, should be good to go for Sunday.”
