Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. remains the subject of trade rumors. ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter says don’t buy them.
While hosting a special edition of “The Pat McAfee Show” on Tuesday, Schefter said the Jaguars have told him the WR isn’t on the trading block.

“I’ve been told the Jaguars are not interested in trading him,” Schefter said. “They denied it repeatedly. His name continues to come up in social media circles, floated out there, and for whatever reason, it doesn’t go away. But every indication that I’ve gotten back is the Jaguars have no interest in moving on from Brian Thomas despite all the speculation that is out there.”
Some of the speculation comes from credible sources. Connor Hughes of SNY reported Monday Jacksonville is “entertaining offers” for Thomas. So, have the Jaguars since changed their mind, or are they using Schefter to get another team to buy the bait and cough up a haul for the WR?
