Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams has decided to retire, and the surprising news has called attention to one of the most impressive statistics you will ever see.

Williams informed the Chargers on Wednesday night that he is retiring after eight NFL seasons. The 30-year-old had returned to L.A. on a one-year deal in March after spending the 2024 season split between the New York Jets and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Assuming Williams remains retired, he will have gone his entire NFL career without losing a fumble. Williams did, however, intercept a pass, which means he is an offensive skill player who somehow has more interceptions than fumbles in his career.
