In 2025, the Miami Dolphins finished 7-10 and missed the playoffs for the second consecutive year. That was enough for the team to part ways with head coach Mike McDaniel. 

Ahead of the 2026 offseason, Miami is tweaking its roster. According to NFL insider Jordan Schultz, the Dolphins are releasing veteran edge-rusher Bradley Chubb

The 29-year-old played nearly three seasons for the Dolphins and appeared in 41 games. 

Now, the two-time Pro Bowler is set to become a free agent ahead of his ninth season.
