Tyler Lockett is set to become a free agent after the Seattle Seahawks informed him that he is being released on Wednesday, and there is a chance the veteran wide receiver could reunite with his former coach.

The move will save the Seahawks roughly $17M in salary cap space. While he had a down season in 2024, Lockett has said he intends to keep playing.

It remains to be seen how much interest Lockett will draw, but ESPN’s Adam Schefter believes there is one “natural landing spot” for the 32-year-old wideout — Las Vegas.
