Dating back to their founding in 1960, the Dallas Cowboys have had only 10 coaches in NFL franchise history. This list includes two Hall of Fame coaches, and three Super Bowl winners.
Now, the Cowboys will be coached by a man with many years of NFL experience, but none as a head coach. Brian Schottenheimer‘s promotion has been met with criticism from Cowboys fans, but reportedly the former offensive coordinator has a good relationship with key players like quarterback Dak Prescott. Schottenheimer is the eighth full-time head coach that will try to get the Cowboys back to the Super Bowl for the first time since 1995-96.
