Michael Vick retired from professional football almost a decade ago, but is returning to the sidelines — This time as the head coach of FCS program Norfolk State University. Vick doesn’t have any head coaching experience, but does have a connection to the area, playing his high school football in nearby Newport News, Virginia. The Spartans went 15-31 over the past four years under Dawson Odums, and are hoping for a Deion Sanders-like boost from the former high-profile player at the helm of the program.
