The Pittsburgh Steelers have finished .500 or better every season since 2003, but it might be challenging to keep that streak alive after losing quarterbacks Russell Wilson and Justin Fields this offseason.

Looking ahead to the 2025 season, here are the three burning questions about the Steelers:

1. Who the heck is playing quarterback?

This is an obvious one, right?

With Wilson and Fields out of town, the Steelers are left with just three quarterbacks on the active roster: Mason Rudolph, Skylar Thompson and sixth-round pick Will Howard. None of those three names inspires much confidence in 2025, but there’s a good chance Pittsburgh’s next starting quarterback isn’t on the roster yet.
