In a key AFC matchup between the Denver Broncos and Indianapolis Colts on Sunday afternoon, running back Jonathan Taylor made a big mistake.

With the 6-7 Colts holding a 13-7 halftime lead in the Mile High City over the 8-5 Broncos, Indianapolis came out of the locker room and grabbed the momentum with an interception of Bo Nix that halted Denver’s first second-half drive.

Taking over at their own 38-yard line, Indianapolis needed just two plays to appear to expand its lead, with Taylor bolting through the Denver defense for a 41-yard touchdown run. However, upon review, it was determined that Taylor dropped the ball as he celebrated the score just before he crossed the plane of the end zone.
