NXT ended the year for WWE on December 31 with the NXT Year End Awards, celebrating the last year of great action and moments.
Alongside big categories to be awarded like Male and Female Superstar of the Year and Moment of the Year, the women of NXT stepped up to compete.
Kayden Carter and Katana Chance returned to NXT to compete against Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson as well as Shotzi and Gigi Dolin in a triple threat tag match.
Kelani Jordan and Lola Vice hoped to end a year where they both broke out with a great performance and momentum-building win.
The black-and-silver brand would also continue to build major hype for New Year’s Evil, which would feature Trick Williams vs. Oba Femi vs. Eddy Thorpe and Roxanne Perez vs. Giulia for NXT’s top titles.
