The Las Vegas Raiders are entering a new era under first-year head coach Klint Kubiak, and it looks like he’s finalized his offensive staff.

The Raiders announced their 2026 offensive coaching staff, which notably didn’t include a quarterbacks coach. Las Vegas is expected to use the No. 1 pick in the 2026 NFL draft to select Indiana star quarterback Fernando Mendoza.

Las Vegas also announced its defensive coaching staff, which included Ketner Kupp—the brother of Seattle Seahawks star Cooper Kupp—as its defensive quality control coach:

Back on the offensive side of the ball, Mendoza would solve the Raiders’ longstanding issue of not having a franchise quarterback, so Las Vegas would be wise to create a solid foundation for his arrival.

Kubiak, who served as offensive coordinator of the Seattle Seahawks in 2025 as they went on to win Super Bowl LX, surrounded himself with veterans to help guide him in his first year as head coach. Mike McCoy, who coached the San Diego Chargers from 2013 to 2016 and has 23 years of coaching experience, was named assistant head coach. Offensive line coach Rick Dennison brings 30 years of coaching experience to the staff.

The Raiders went 3-14 in their lone year under Pete Carroll, who was the oldest head coach in NFL history last season.

Kubiak and his coaching staff will bring a new energy to the franchise as Las Vegas tries to emerge from its rebuild and contend for a playoff spot.
