Kenneth Walker Thrives in Chiefs Debut, Amazes NFL Fans, Fantasy Football Managers with Big 1st Half
When the Kansas City Chiefs signed Super Bowl MVP Kenneth Walker III this offseason, they knew the running back would be a big part of their offense.
In the first half of the Chiefs’ Week 1 matchup against the Denver Broncos, he essentially was their entire offense.
Walker had 14 carries for 89 yards in the first half, setting up a touchdown run from Patrick Mahomes on the opening drive. He also had a pair of receptions for 16 yards.
Fans and fantasy managers were blown away by the former Seattle Seahawk in his first half with his new team.
