Texas quarterback Arch Manning has lost his preseason status as a Heisman Trophy favorite after back-to-back losses to unranked teams.

Manning is +22500 to win the Heisman after Florida upset No. 7 Texas with a 27-24 win Saturday, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

No. 9 Ole Miss claimed a 31-3 blowout over No. 13 Missouri the same day to help make quarterback Trinidad Chambliss a top-five Heisman favorite.

Here’s a look at the latest Heisman Trophy odds now that Manning has falling further out of the running to be celebrated as the top player in college football.

Manning threw for 173 yards and a touchdown in Saturday’s loss. Texas, which lost last weekend to Oklahoma, is the first team since 1961 to go from No. 1 in the AP Poll to losing to two unranked opponents.

Chambliss is +700 to win the Heisman after passing for 241 yards and three touchdowns in the blowout over Missouri.

Mississippi State quarterback Kamario Taylor and Oregon quarterback have slipped behind other Heisman favorites after missing time due to respective foot and head injuries.

Ohio State quarterback Julian Sayin and Indiana quarterback Josh Hoover, who ranked among Heisman favorites earlier this season, are also out of the top of the rankings after both struggling in a Saturday Buckeyes win.

Buckeyes wideout Smith recorded a season-low 68 receiving yards on four catches in the win but still remains the betting favorite to win the trophy.

Miami quarterback Darian Mensah could look to challenge Smith at the top of the betting odds with a strong performance in Saturday’s home game against Florida State.

Two other wideouts in Oregon State’s Jesse Legree and Miami’s Malachi Toney are still betting favorites heading into Week 7. That duo is joining Smith in competing to become the first non-quarterback Heisman winner since 2024.
