Triple H announced after Night 1 of SummerSlam on Saturday that Brie Bella has been hospitalized with a shoulder injury.
Bella, twin sister Nikki Bella and Paige lost to Fatal Influence in a six-person tag team match.
During and after the match, Brie Bella was seen holding her right shoulder. That became more evidence post-match when the Bella twins turned on Paige before walking back up the ramp.
It is unclear how and when the injury occurred during the match, but PW Chronicle posited one particular moment as a possibility.
